The intelligent logistics equipment and software dispatching system provided by EGO Smart perform outstandingly in the aspects of stability and accuracy. EGO has multi-core technologies such as magnetic navigation, laser navigation and SLAM navigation, which guide the AGV on the expected path accurately and rapidly and make the transportation efficiency of the AGV higher than that of the peers by about 30%. The EGO Intelligent logistics project could provide intelligent tracking analysis service, to optimize logistics distribution paths and guarantee the stability of AGV operation. We are pleased with the overall service and will continue to use EGO Smart in future.

Considering that both SAIC Zhengzhou and SAIC Ningde facility projects were the largest scale at the time, both facilities were brand new factories and required full process automation. The automated logistics target required that all workshops, including welding, painting, pressing and final assembly, be covered by automation and we were pleased that EGO Smart's AGV Integrated Dispatching System could identity the automated logistics requirements of such large scale. At present, there are several hundreds of AGVs running at the same time every day, and the system interaction frequency is quite high. We are satisfied with the software and hardware provided by EGO Smart as well as the present on-site operation maintenance service, and we wish to continue operations with EGO Smart for the long term.

From project contact to final delivery, EGO Smart’s technological ability and astute customer service were very appreciated by our company. The AGV automated logistics project has been used in the automotive industry for many years, but the technological ability of a vendor has a profound impact on our on-site end-use equipment. Fortunately, EGO Smart has allowed us to successfully advance several projects, including the two production lines for general assembly and engines, as well as the refurbishment operation and maintenance of the old equipment. Up to present, all projects have been successfully accepted and the equipment is running in an orderly manner. This automated logistics project helps us save on manpower, labour costs and can accurately transmit the status information of equipment operation in a timely manner.
